Established in 2019United Hispanic Nurses of America LLC was established in October 2019 to address the critical shortage in health care profession. UHNA was designed to increase the number of bilingual/bicultural certified nurse’s assistants in the profession and increase the number of CNAs that could potentially pursue a career in nursing and acquire a nursing degree. Our goal is to provide professional development modules for health care providers addressing diversity and cultural sensitivity, research-based training around health care, clinical procedures, and expert based training.

Our GoalUnited Hispanic Nurses of America LLC aims to be an innovative and research-based training company for bilingual/bicultural health care providers. We base our workshops and trainings on research based social-emotional learning. We also look to create pools of highly qualified bilingual health care providers to address the critical need in the health care profession. Through these efforts we will create a feeder system for certified nurse’s assistants to pursue their degree in nursing.
